What we collect
A business enquiry may include customer type, use, estimated quantity, expected date, contact details and explicit permission to follow up. Analytics events exclude names, phone numbers, WeChat IDs, email addresses and free text.
Why we use it
The information is used to understand the request, arrange follow-up, prepare a proposal or quotation, and support necessary audit and security controls.
Retention and deletion
Business information is normally retained for 24 months from the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or anonymised, unless a legal, financial or dispute-related requirement applies.
Security
Contact and business information is separated from ordinary analytics and logs. Access to sensitive fields is limited to authorised roles.
